Our practice has introduced a new online triage system from 4th August 2025.
You will now be required to submit your medical or administrative concern through our secure online platform instead of calling us.
Access between 8AM and 6:30 PM to submit your request – Monday to Friday
How to use the online triage system:

Click the following link to see how to send a request https://bit.ly/454uoA0
Unable to access the internet or need help completing the form, please contact our reception team.
If you cannot keep an appointment please call the surgery and cancel the appointment so that other patients are not deprived from getting an appointment. Be punctual for your appointments. One appointment is for one patient and for one problem ONLY. Please do not ask the doctor to see anyone who has no appointment.
Routine appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance with the doctor of your choice if available. Please speak to reception staff. Sometimes it may not always be possible to see a doctor of your choice. However wherever possible we will endeavour our best to give you an appointment of your choice.
