Ambition Aspire Achieve – Ambition Aspire Achieve (AAA) was founded in June 2016 by Kevin Jenkins OBE, because of a longstanding desire to provide opportunities for children and young people in the London Borough of Newham and surrounding areas.
AAA now delivers a wide range of projects and services from both hubs and across local communities in Newham. Our work particularly focuses on and supports children and young people most in need, including those with disabilities or additional needs. Our current work includes after school clubs, holiday play and youth activities, youth clubs, disability specific activities, detached youth projects, information advice and support for vulnerable young people, mentoring and personal development programmes, doorstep inclusive sports clubs and outward-bound activities and experiences.

DWP Disability Employment Advisors – If you have a health condition or a disability that affects your ability to work, you can get assistance and advice on returning to the workplace by speaking to a Work Coach at your local Jobcentre Plus. Whether you have just lost your job or have been out of work for a long time, a Work Coach is trained to be able to help you to find work or to gain new skills for a job. They can help with work preparation, recruitment, interview coaching and even confidence building.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 19 and you have a learning disability, your school is required to offer you career guidance, whether or not you have a Statement of Educational Needs (SEN).

Family Navigator – The role of the Family Navigator is an important component of Early Help delivery in Newham. The aim of this role is to help families to navigate the Early Help System by signposting families to services within their local community to access the support they need when they need it.
The Family Navigator will provide a point of contact, supporting families to increase their confidence and encourage meaningful engagement with relevant support services/organisations. They will make themselves available to families by having a regular presence in key community settings where children, young people and families attend so that they are able to signpost and direct families to appropriate services.

Newham community neighbourhood link workers – Community Neighbourhood Link Workers support residents for up to six weeks on a one-to-one basis to help build confidence in seeking out and/or rediscovering hobbies and interests. Working together, we will both agree on an action plan that supports you to keep active, connected and healthy.

Hopeful Futures – Welcome to Hopeful Futures! We are a community interest company, motivated by our Christian faith we develop specialist and innovative community projects alongside autistic adults and those with learning disabilities who live in the London Borough of Newham.

The Supported Employment Team based at Our Newham Work offers individual employment support to people with health and social care needs to:

Sapphire Support Hub – Sapphire Support Hub is our welcoming centre in Newham where we provide culturally appropriate day care service for people with Learning, Physical and Sensory disabilities.
The centre is fully equipped with ICT training facilities, state of the art sensory rooms, arts and craft workshops and multipurpose activity rooms.
Our team has expertise in a variety of medical conditions including Learning Disability, Mental Health, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia, Challenging Behaviour, High Complex needs, Hearing and sight impairment, Down’s Syndrome and Multiple Disabilities.
Our services are tailor-made to meet the changing needs of our clients and we are committed to providing a learning and social environment in which the rights and dignity of all of our members are respected.
