Consult with your doctor online

Getting clinically approved advice when you need it. Contact us online.

Please note you will no longer be able to submit any online consultation forms during weekends and bank holidays. In an emergency during these times you can seek advice by either calling NHS 111 or via online at https://111.nhs.uk/ or contacting NEWHAM GP CO-OP on 0207-511 8880.

Contact us online

We know that you don’t just need medical support during practice hours and that you may need advice at any time of day. Our new online consultation system gives you 24-hour access to a wealth of health advice, self-care tips and information on your next steps. Plus, you can submit request forms directly to us for review if you need further guidance.

Online appointment booking and repeat prescriptions

There is now the facility for patients to book appointments with a doctor and order repeat prescriptions via this website. This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.

To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception, who will be able to issue you with this. All new patients registering with us will automatically receive a logon and password.

Repeat prescriptions – NHS App

At East End Medical Centre we encourage using NHS App to request medicines which are on your repeat list.

If you don’t have a smart phone or would prefer to use a home computer, you can make an NHS account and request your medicines here.

You can also ask your pharmacist to request them for you or use Patient Access

Any repeat medication needs to be reviewed by a doctor, pharmacist or prescribing nurse at least once a year.

Remember to put in your request before you run out! Allow at least 2 weekdays before collecting your prescription.

We do not take requests for medication over the phone as dangerous mistakes could be made.

We no longer take requests through AskMyGP, unless you have an additional query.
