    58% of patients found it easy to contact the practice using the NHS App.

  • Ease of Access by Telephone:
    59% of patients reported it was easy to get through to the practice by phone.
    (ICS average: 51% | National average: 53%)

  • Ease of Contact via Website:
    52% of patients found it easy to contact the practice using the website.
    (ICS average: 47% | National average: 51%)

  • Helpfulness of Reception and Administrative Team:
    85% of patients rated the reception and administrative staff as helpful.
    (ICS average: 77% | National average: 83%)

These findings reflect strong performance in several important areas of patient experience, particularly in access to digital services, telephone support, and continuity of care. We remain committed to building on these strengths while continuing to improve access and responsiveness to meet the needs of our patient community.
